Return and Refund Policy
Because all our work is produced specifically for each customer, returns and refunds are not available. All fees paid are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
We will work with our customers to help ensure that every single one of them is completely happy with the work we produce. In the unlikely event that we are unable to satisfy the customers needs, cancellation of the project must be made in writing by the customer. In the event that work is postponed or cancelled at the request of the Customer, we reserve the right to retain the original deposit. In the event that more than the amount of the deposits worth of the anticipated work is completed, additional payment will be due, prorated based on the percentage of work completed. If additional payment is due, this will be billed to the Client within 10 days of notification to stop work.
Chargebacks Policy
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $50 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
Development Policy
Right Fusion Inc reserves the right to decline any project believed to promote racism, pornography, or any other content objectionable in nature. Right Fusion Inc reserves the right to include the following phrase, or one very similar to, on all Web sites we develop: "Website developed by Right Fusion Inc". This phrase will only be placed at the bottom of the page and will in no way effect the look or style of any page or site. We further reserve the right to include any Web site created and developed by us in our portfolio.
Quotation Policy
Any quotation of service will be valid for 30 days from the date issued. Any features or services not included in the original quote will be subject to extra charges.
Delivery Policy
Due to the electronic and virtual nature of our work, no physical product will be delivered. The Client must work with ourselves to complete the web site in a timely manner. In some cases, delays receiving materials or other circumstances can slow the process of development. However, assuming no delay of the signing of the contract and securing the deposit, we agree to make all reasonable efforts to complete each project in a timely manner. We reserve the right to cancel the contract at cost to the Client should significant delays be experienced that are outside the Developer's control. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- lack of detailed documentation on the subject matter where requested;
- lack of logos or design ideas where requested
- lack of return communication or correspondence
- failure to make required decisions
- significant illness
- acts of God
- other significant disruption
Upon any of these circumstances payment for all work already completed will be calculated and the final bill will be modified, all deposits will be forfeit.
Project Contents Policy
Any digital or non-digital materials supplied to Right Fusion Inc by the client for the purpose of project development must be either owned by the client or the client must have been given copyright permission for publication. Right Fusion Inc will not be held responsible for any copyright infringements found on these materials. Any materials supplied to Right Fusion Inc will not be shared with any other party. All original files (PSD, FLA, etc.) remain the property of the creator and will not be shared.
Web Site Content Policy
The client is responsible for providing all textual content to be used on any given Web page. If requested, Right Fusion Inc can supply the textual content for an additional charge based on the amount of content required. All textual content supplied by the consumer WILL NOT be checked for spelling or grammar errors. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure no such errors exist and Right Fusion Inc will not be held responsible for such errors. If requested, Right Fusion Inc will offer a proofreading/rewriting service for an additional charge.
